How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most custom DTF transfer orders are processed and printed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
To ensure the highest print quality, we recommend uploading high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI) with a transparent background. We also accept AI, PDF, and PSD files.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. The more transfers or garments you order, the lower the price per unit. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout for qualifying quantities.
What is your return policy on custom prints?
Due to the personalized nature of custom DTF transfers, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part. Please ensure your artwork is correct before submitting.
How should I wash garments with DTF transfers?
To prolong the life of your custom apparel, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
