At Kingdom DTF, we strive for perfection in every print; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items. Please note that custom-printed transfers and personalized apparel are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for defective goods.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original condition and include the RMA slip inside the package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
